We are a husband-and-husband property-developing duo. Ben, originally from Scarborough, North Yorkshire, and Gareth from Crawley, West Sussex, met in London over seven years ago. After completing our first property flip in Horsham, Sussex, we knew this was what we wanted to pursue full-time. What began as a single project quickly became a passion and soon evolved into a thriving career. Starting with property flips in Sussex and Surrey, we gained invaluable experience that has shaped our journey.
Our path has taken us from London to Sussex, Surrey, North Yorkshire, and now Manchester, where we are building a long-term base and expanding our portfolio of beautifully designed properties. We chose Manchester for its vibrant growth and high demand for quality accommodation, making it a natural fit for our business. Since settling here, we’ve assembled an exceptional team of architects, designers, and tradespeople, enabling us to deliver high-standard accommodations efficiently.
We’re now seeking additional investment to combine with our own funds, which will allow us to scale further. Our mission is to deliver exceptional homes while offering investors returns that exceed traditional banking options.

Who we are…
Gareth Taylor-Smith
Gareth started his career at 17 by joining the Royal Engineers in the British Army, where he completed courses in carpentry & joinery and construction. Over his 8 years of service, he worked on large-scale operations across the globe, gaining valuable experience. After leaving the Army, he established a Plumbing and Heating business in Surrey, where he managed large properties and built a skilled team.
Gareth fully renovated our last three projects. With his in-depth knowledge and experience, he has transitioned from hands-on work to project management, ensuring that all our projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ben Taylor-Smith
After 18 years in luxury hairdressing, Ben redirected his passion for design into property development, using colour and art to create inviting homes that hold premium rental values. His interior design expertise has helped us achieve the highest room rates in our investment areas and draw competitive offers on properties we’ve flipped.
Now, Ben's primary focus is building strong relationships with investors and delivering competitive returns—he’d much rather see individuals benefit than the banks!
